Title: Odawara: Fishing Huts on the Beach/ 小田原海岸漁舎 (Odawara, kaigan gyosha)

Description: Nishiki-e (Multicolored Print), ink and color on paper. The roofs of houses and pine trees frame a beach filled with fishermen. The men line up to pull the ropes of their fishing nets onto the shore and retrieve their catch. The shoreline leads the eye out to another small group of houses and then further out to open water. The white sails of boats dot the gradient blue waters.
