Nishiki-e (Multicolored Print), ink and color on paper. A gently sloping hill lined with trees takes up the right side of the composition. Like other prints in the series, the hill is rendered in a green and yellow gradient that showcases the fukibokashi ink laying technique often used in Hiroshige prints. In the upper left, the roofs of a nearby village can be seen just above the slope of the hill. Further back is a body of water and mountains on the opposite shore.
