In this letter, Dr. Davidson recalls his vacation to Pasadena and Santa Catalina Island, where he visited his aunt and cousins. His letter describes the plants of the area and the climate as well as his various activities and sightseeing excursions. At the end of the letter, he notes that he is feeling relaxed and is ready for the fight that will ensue with the General Conference. There is also a handwritten note added at the end.
