It was presented during the volunteers' 2012 Moment in Time Reunion in Portland, Oregon.

This slide show displays personal photographs of Peace Corps volunteers from the Either Or Otter Corps, which was sent to Afghanistan in the early 1970s. These photographs were taken after the volunteers completed their Peace Corps service in 1973. Many of the photographs show the volunteers spending time together at the 2012 Moment in Time Reunion in Portland, Oregon.
