Description: Country Director Dr. Willard S. Lotter, an early Champion of Racial Diversity and Inclusion in Sports in Malawi. He prepared the country to receive the “Malawi XI” Child Care “Under-Fives’ Baby Clinic Project” (1966-1968). He later became a leading human rights activist, helping communities in Central America.
