Description: Peace Corps Volunteer Frank Nuchi 1965/1967 worked in urban community development in Nueva Palena, Chile. Nuchi worked with the community to build homes during Chile's mid-1960s urban housing deficit. This self-help housing project received a lot of publicity from New York Times reporter, Juan de Onis, philosopher Walter Lippmann, Robert Kennedy, and President Nixon.
