    This is a diorama of a jazz trio and a singer. The singer has dreadlocks, so I think it might be Roberta Flack. And there— you've got a pianist and guitarist and a saxophone? It's a horn of some type, but they're in a club and she's got the microphone, and the singer is all dressed up and they're performing in the black and white outfits. Again, these are scenes and from her memory that she may have—She may have gone to a jazz show and just decided to do a rendition of that from her memory.
Description: Karen Abbott surmises this scene was inspired by her mother’s attendance at a performance in a jazz club. The singer—who Karen believes may resemble Roberta Flack—is accompanied by a trio of musicians.
