Description: In this statement, Charles C. McCabe writes about the university’s progress and that the university will be for post-graduate work only. He lists American University’s current assets and discusses that finishing McKinley Memorial Building is their first priority. He is requesting that all parties involved send him the accounts of bequests and a list of people who would be willing to donate funds.
