Description:
Nishiki-e (Multicolored Print), ink and color on paper. Two women one on foot and the other on a horse led by a porter travel together in the bottom right corner along a pine tree-lined road. Behind them are several other travelers coming in and out of frame. To the left beyond the road are green rice fields and a darker green tree line. Beyond the trees, Fuji rises in the distance just slightly left of the center.
